About Me
Kristen spent 10 years in the classroom as an elementary teacher, with the majority of her tenure in 4th grade. During her undergraduate studies at Colorado Christian University, she developed an interest in the autonomy of charter schools. Therefore, after receiving her bachelor's degree in education, she pursued employment within the Colorado charter school system. There, she found a passion not only for teaching, but for creating curriculum and content, as well as developing ways to improve efficiency for teachers and staff. This led to the decision to pursue a transition from the classroom to another role within charter education. In June of 2023, Kristen relocated from Colorado to Lancaster, Ohio, and joined the team at Charter School Specialists.
